Toujours ans recette, voici le panier de la semaine 42 de la Ferme St André. J’ai craqué : je viens de me désabonner : ce sera donc le dernier panier des Jardins du Kochersberg. Je suis donc être sans panier fixe pour un moment… 🙂 . Si vous avez des adresses à me suggèrer… Il y avait :

– 1000g de pommes de terre
– 2 choux chinois
– 500g d’aubergines

Sans recette pour celui de la semaine 38, voici le panier de la semaine 40 de la Ferme St André. Je dois dire que mes paniers m’inspirent de moins en moins : il n’y a plus que des légumes ordinaires et beaucoup de monotonie dans le contenu. Avez-vous d’autres fournisseurs à me conseiller? Qoiqu’il en soit, il y avait :

– 300g d’aubergines
– 700g de courgettes
– 1000g de carottes
– 750g de courge musquée de Provence
– 500g de pommes de terre nouvelles
– 1 concombre
– 1 salade

Panier Semaine 34 / Basket Week 34

C’est en préparant le billet du panier de la semaine 36 que j’ai constaté que celui de la semaine 34 n’était pas paru. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi!!! Je n’ai pas surveillé sa publication et je ne sais donc pas à quel moment ce billet a disparu. C’est la première fois, et j’espère la dernière, que je rencontre un problème de ce type.

Voici donc tout de même, avec beaucoup de retard,le panier de la semaine 34 de la Ferme St André. Il y avait :

– des aubergines
– un concombre
– des d’oignons blancs
– des de tomates
– des carottes
– des pommes de terre nouvelles

Nous continuons sans recette à l’horizon! Madame a tranquillement pris ses vacances. Elle va essayer de s’y remettre! Voici le panier de la semaine 32 de la Ferme St André. Il y avait :

Toujours pas de recette à l’horizon! La chaleur des dernières semaines m’a embrouillé l’esprit : Madame a confondu betteraves et chou-rave (pas de commentaires svp). Elle a donc une recette pour chou-rave sous le coude mais rien pour le dernier panier. Bref, il vous faudra attendre… Dans l’intervalle, voici donc le panier de la semaine 28 de la Ferme St André. Il y avait :

– 2 batavias
– 1 chou pointu
– 1 botte d’oignons blancs
– 350g de betteraves
– 100g d’ail primeur
– 1000g de carottes
– 500g de pommes de terre nouvelles

Still no recipe! The heat of the last weeks confused my mind : Madame took beetroots for kohlrabies (please no comment). Thus she has a recipe for kohlrabi but nothing for the last basket. You will have to wait. Meanwhile, here is the basket of the week 28 of the Farm St André . It contained:

– 2 Batavia salads
– 1 pointed cabbage
– 1 bunch white onions
– 350g beetroots
– 100g new garlic
– 1000g carrots
– 500g new potatoes

Panier Semaine 26 / Basket Week 26

Je ne sais pas comment c’était pour vous, mais les températures de la semaine dernière m’ont épuisée! Alors que je pensais profiter du weekend pour rédiger ce billet ainsi qu’une recette dédiée au précédent panier, je n’ai fait que larver chez moi avec 39°C à l’extérieur… Il paraît qu’on attend des pics à 50°C en Alsace d’ici 2050. En attendant, voici donc le panier de la semaine 26 de la Ferme St André. Il y avait :

– 1 salade
– 1 chou pointu
– 2 betteraves
– 3 fenouils (les voisins étaient contents! 😉 )
– des’asperges

I do not know how it was for you, but the temperatures last week exhausted me! While I thought to take advantage of the weekend to write this post and a recipe dedicated to the previous basket, I only did nothing at home with 39 °C outside … It seems that we expect peaks at 50 °C in Alsace by 2050.
